Booking, payment, and court-day essentials in one place.
What do I need to bring?
Wear comfortable sportswear and court-friendly shoes. Bring your own paddle and balls if you prefer.
How far ahead can I reserve?
Courts can be booked up to 30 days ahead, with at least one hour of notice before your selected start time.
Can I book more than one court time?
Yes. Select up to three available court slots in one checkout. Each slot is a 60-minute session, and the price is shown before you continue to payment.
How long do I have to pay?
Your selected slots are held for 15 minutes once your payment window opens. Complete the PayMongo checkout before the timer runs out to keep them.
Where do I pay for my reservation?
Review your selected court times and total on Reservebai, then continue to PayMongo's checkout page to pay online. Your booking is not confirmed just by selecting a slot.
Which payment methods can I use?
PayMongo shows the methods currently available for your checkout. The options can vary, so check the payment page before you choose how to pay.
How is the payment total calculated?
Each selected slot is a 60-minute session charged at that court's displayed price. If you select multiple slots, their prices are added together in one checkout. The total is shown before you pay.
When is my booking confirmed?
A reservation is confirmed after your PayMongo payment is verified. Until then, it appears as awaiting payment in My bookings. You can check its status there.
What if I paid but my booking still says awaiting payment?
Check My bookings again after a short wait while the payment is verified. Do not start another payment for the same slots. If the status does not update, contact support with your booking number and PayMongo payment reference, if available.
Can I return to an unfinished payment?
Yes, while your 15-minute hold is still active. Open My bookings, choose Awaiting payment, and use the payment-link option on your reservation. You can also cancel the pending payment to release its slots.
What happens if my payment window expires?
An unpaid reservation expires and its court slots become available to other players. To try again, choose any slots that are still available and start a new checkout.
Can I cancel my booking?
Confirmed reservations can be cancelled at least five hours before the scheduled start time.
Will I get an automatic refund if I cancel?
No. If you cancel an eligible, paid PayMongo booking, a manual refund request is queued for staff review. Cancelling releases the court slot, but it does not return money automatically.
How do I see my reservations?
Log in and choose My bookings from the navigation. You can filter upcoming reservations, check payment status and booking numbers, and review eligible cancellation options.
